The terms that apply when you book a private session with Breathcode Therapy.

Who we are

  • This website is run by Breathcode Therapy, founded by Dr. Daniel Rizk. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Private sessions

  • Private sessions are one on one with Dr. Daniel Rizk, online by video or in person.
  • Every client follows a personalised plan. In your first session we set a goal together, and we review your progress against it as the sessions continue. Most clients notice progress gradually.
  • Between sessions you can reach us on WhatsApp for follow up, for as long as your sessions continue.
  • Sessions are designed for adults aged 18 and over.
  • Sessions are not suitable for people with schizophrenia. If you are under psychiatric care, please tell us during your free discovery call so we can advise you before you book.
  • Sessions support your wellbeing. They do not replace medical or psychiatric treatment, and you should not stop any prescribed treatment without speaking to your doctor.

Prices and payment

  • A single private session costs $150. A package of 4 sessions costs $500. The discovery call is free.
  • Prices are in US dollars and are paid in full online when you book. There are no extra costs beyond the advertised price, and we do not offer payment in instalments.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel in time, we will refund that session in full or move it to a new time, whichever you prefer.
  • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before they start, or missed without notice, are not refunded.
  • The same 24 hour rule applies to each session in a package.
  • If we have to cancel a session, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.

  • Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few business days to show them.

Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and the terms in place when you booked apply to that booking.
