Breathcode Therapy Certification

Breathcode Therapy Certification Path

Become a certified Breathcode Therapy Practitioner, and finally practice the work you were meant for.

CPD accredited course

This is not just another certification to add to your list. It's a 90+ hour training that combines deep theory, hands on practice, and a full year of mentorship, designed to turn genuine calling into real, practice ready skill.

There is a difference between understanding the nervous system and feeling it move inside you. Between talking about trauma and being present when it rises in the body. This training lives in that difference, and it's where the practitioners who go on to build real, lasting practices are made.

Keep reading for the full program: what you'll learn, the schedule, the investment, and exactly how to apply. If something in you responds while reading it, that's where we begin.

What Is Breathcode Therapy?

Your breath is not just something you do to stay alive. It's a direct line into your nervous system and one of the only doorways into the body that you can consciously walk through.

Breathcode Therapy is a one on one healing modality built on that doorway. Every pattern your body has ever had to survive, every unprocessed stress response, every emotion you learned to swallow, and every trauma stored below conscious memory leaves an imprint on how you breathe. Most approaches try to talk their way into that imprint. Breathcode works with it directly, through the nervous system itself, where the body actually keeps its record.

This isn't a breathing exercise. It's grounded in real science (nervous system regulation, breath physiology, and brainwave states) and shaped by decades of clinical work with people carrying chronic illness, trauma, anxiety, and burnout. But the science is a foundation, not the whole story. What actually creates change is presence: a practitioner trained to hold space without rushing to fix, so the body feels safe enough to finally let go of what it's been holding.

The result isn't relaxation for an hour. It's regulation that lasts: a nervous system that remembers how to return to balance on its own and a person who no longer needs someone else to hold them together. That's the difference between a technique performed on you and a process that hands you back your own sovereignty.

This is where healing actually happens. Not in the explaining. In the embodied return to yourself.

How the Program Is Structured

1

One Continuous Level, No Fragmented Modules

The training is delivered as a single, continuous level. It combines an experiential foundation, in depth theory, and supervised practice, following what emerges. Come with openness and honesty. That is the only real prerequisite. No prior certifications required.

2

The Mentorship Year: Where the Real Transformation Happens

One year of practice, mentorship, and guided integration. Not a course, but an ongoing relationship with the work. You'll practice, be challenged, and meet yourself again from different layers, supported by mentorship and a space that doesn't collapse when things get real. This is where embodiment happens, and where you go from knowing the method to living it.

What You'll Learn

The training moves through the following areas, not as separate modules to check off, but as layers that build on one another, taking you from theory to felt, embodied practice:

01

Philosophy of the Breathcode School

The worldview and principles that shape how we approach this work.

02

How We See Human Behavior

The lens we use to understand why people think, feel, and act the way they do.

03

Healing

What it actually means to heal, and how healing unfolds through the body and soul, not just the mind.

04

Growth

How sustained change and development happen beyond the training room, and how to support it in others.

05

Breath through Three Lenses

Spiritual, biological, and psychophysiological: understanding breath as a bridge between these dimensions.

06

Nervous System and Breath Physiology

How the autonomic nervous system works and how breath directly influences and regulates it.

07

Brainwaves

How different states of consciousness and nervous system activity relate to breath, and how to work with them.

08

The Breathcode Practitioner Language

How to guide clients through their journey from a place of support, not fixing.

Your Instructors

Dr. Daniel Rizk

Lead Instructor

Dr. Daniel Rizk

Founder of the Breathcode School, Dr. Daniel Rizk is known not only for the depth of his clinical work but also for the way he teaches.

With more than 15 years of experience working alongside people facing complex physical and emotional conditions, he developed an approach that refuses to separate the body from the mind or healing from personal responsibility.

Drawing from Vietnamese medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, hypnotherapy, breath sciences, and decades of observation, he teaches practitioners to move beyond techniques and into presence. He is also the author of Breath Signature, a work that explores the individuality of breath and its relationship to the human experience.

His students often describe the experience as transformative, not because they leave with more information, but because they leave with a different relationship to themselves.

I stopped chasing knowledge to prove I was competent. I started facing my truth instead.

A Breathcode graduate

For Dr. Rizk, the purpose of education is not to produce experts. It is to cultivate sovereign human beings who can serve from wisdom rather than certainty.

RA

Associate Instructor

Ranim Alahmar

Ranim Alahmar is a Breathcode Therapy Practitioner and Somatic Specialist whose work centers around the relationship between the body, breath, nervous system, and expression.

Her approach has been shaped by years of studying human psychology, nervous system science, psychophysiology, somatics, breath, and embodiment, alongside her training in coaching, yoga, and pranayama, meditation, and other body based practices. Rather than treating these as separate disciplines, Ranim brings them together through a practical, embodied lens, helping people understand not only what happens in the nervous system, but how to work with it in real time.

Within the Breathcode Therapy program, Ranim serves as an Associate Instructor, teaching nervous system and breath physiology and guiding students in translating theory into therapeutic application. She also accompanies students through their mentorship and integration phase, supporting them as they move from understanding the work intellectually to embodying it as practitioners.

Her own work with individuals and groups is rooted in one central direction: from suppression to expression, creating the conditions for people to reconnect with what they feel, what their bodies are communicating, and what is ready to be expressed.

Testimonials

This course wasn't just about breathing exercises or techniques. It was a gateway that brought me back to myself. I realized that the breath is the soul; every inhalation reminded me that I deserve to be here, and every exhalation freed me from the need to prove anything to myself. I had an experience that was a message telling me I am enough. My presence and my energy alone are enough. In a world that never stops chasing achievements and making comparisons, this course reminded me that my true value lies simply in being present.

Jessy Boukhalil

Holistic counsellor fostering mind, body, and soul harmony

This was my second time studying the Breath Code Therapy at the academy, and each time I was enlightened with new insights that deeply shifted my journey as both a psychologist and a coach. Believe me when I say there is no greater technique than this to help a person achieve balance, whether emotionally, cognitively, or even physically. With this powerful tool also comes a great responsibility toward ourselves and the people we serve. I am truly grateful to Dr. Daniel for giving us this invaluable gift of learning, helping, and healing.

Mishelle Jabbour Aoun

Psychologist, coach, and parenting specialist

All my thanks and gratitude go to Dr. Daniel and the Authentic Knowledge Academy, along with all its members, for giving me the opportunity to be part of a unique, different, and genuine community... Some families are formed by fate, while others are chosen consciously; your presence and theirs within one another is no coincidence. I hope this family continues to grow, and that we remain able to come together to help ourselves first, and then those who mean so much to us, through each of our unique selves and our presence, by reaching into the depths of what has been forgotten, and by passing through the places that resemble it. Thank you all.
